We don't produce Seneca, so we can't speak for them.

As for us, we'll work with you. If you don't like the new blend and feel peeved at us, call our toll free number: 1-877-448-6222. We'll exchange what you haven't smoked for another brand. Naturally, if the brand you want costs more (which they will because Black Hawks cost $2 less than anything else we sell), you'll have to pay the difference. We definitely don't want you to be angry. We are still going to make the changes to our brand that we think we need to do, but we won't trick you into accepting those changes. We are always open to discussing your orders and improving on them. We are a customer service company first and foremost.
No Worries mate, I am not so much "peeved" at Blackhawk of changing their tobbaco or paper as I am at Seneca voluntarily moving to the "Fire-Safe Poisoning" smokes they are now going to make.

I have pretty much just wrote them off just as you would cold stale fries at McDonalds...

I am not sure what is going to happen with FSCs and Seneca. In my opinion, they should fight this. If they give in, it will be so much harder for the rest of us. As of right now, however, the Senecas that we have are not FSCs.

By the way, I would not eat at McDonald's even if the fries were warm. I don't eat fast food. I also do not shop at Walmart. I think these big companies are part of why America is being taken under. I avoid big chains whenever I can.

Lightbulb Non-FSC (Fire Safe Cigarettes) Native Brands that Black Hawk Carries

Our own brand of Black Hawk cigarettes is the only non-FSC that we carry. While supplies last, we still have some Native All Natural brand cigarettes that are also non-FSC. These are not stale or old cigarettes. Recently, we ordered a large amount of these before they went FSC.

Please also note that we do not add chemicals, preservatives or flavorings to any of the tobacco used in our products. That's what we mean when we say that our cigarettes are chemical free.

Changes in Federal law now mandates that ALL tobacco companies use Fire-Safe Cigarette paper when producing cigarettes. Fire-Safe Cigarette paper is supposedly made up of a series of speed bumps (alterations in the thickness of the paper). The thicker paper prevents a cigarette from continuing to burn when left unattended.

Whether or not FSC paper is harmful or not has yet to be determined. The official statements put out by lawmakers is that FSC is safe.

Almost all cigarette brands in the United States now use Fire-Safe cigarette paper. For now, the Black Hawk cigarette brand is the only Native American brand not using FSC paper. However, we will eventually be required to follow the same standards as all other tobacco companies.

We don't like it either.
